The Holiday Cottages are Located in the enclosed tranquil glen of Glencassley this beautiful estate is particularly geared to the salmon fisherman and all fishing . Accommodation is at the riverside in two beautiful self catering cottages and our friendly ghillie will be available for assistance or advice. Accommodation Your stay on the Estate will be in one of two attractive cottages, The Rowan and The Birch. The cottages can accomodate between four to eight people. Beautifully converted from original farm buildings, these are equipped to a high standard and of course overlook the famous Cassley River. Fishing The estate has its own two and a half mile stretch of single bank salmon fishing on The Cassley. Two fishing rods are available for weekly hire, usually in conjunction with the let of The Birch or The Rowan cottages, with Glenrossal house retaining a further two fishing rods. Other beats are available from the other bank and on the lower beat of The Cassley, details can be obtained from the house or from the ghillie who will be on hand should you require assistance. Behind the cottages lies a small loch, stocked with trout, which can provide a useful testing ground for your casting technique or a less challenging introduction to the sport for less experienced members of your party.
